Which quantity can I order?
You can order to four cartridges at the same time. Those will be packed separately and will separately be sent in order to respect the legislation. It is thus possible that you do not receive all your parcels the same day. All the orders are treated in the three working days. The time of sending varies between 5 and 21 working days according to the distance and local services' of station.

Do I have a guarantee?
We wish that you be satisfied with all that you order. Inspect your order as of its arrival. If you did not receive the good mark of cigarette and/or tobacco in conformity with your order, we will send a number of return to you. You can then return unutilised and nonopen packing in the 15 days. We will exchange the product then. In the event of loss or of damage, tabacmoinscher will not give an authorization of exchange or of note of credit only after an investigation supplements was carried out. This investigation will take at least 30 days. This regulation is only of viquor if your order can be delivered in a precise and correct way (see conditions).

Can I pay differently than on line?
Not, just a payment by credit card.
